✨ About the Role
As our Content Creator (Maternity Leave Cover), you'll play a pivotal role in producing high-quality, on-brand content across campaigns, always-on activity, lifecycle communications, and enablement assets — including case studies and press releases. Beyond content creation, you’ll also support global functional strategic projects as well as local coordination in the Strait of Gibraltar region, ensuring alignment with global brand initiatives while addressing local needs.
You’ll collaborate closely with regional suppliers such as photographers/videographers and global content teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling, while also providing hands-on support for local marketing campaigns, operational requests, and media relations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a global brand while working on diverse, challenging, and creative projects, you will be involve in:
Write compelling campaign and lifecycle copy aligned with messaging frameworks
Adapt content for local market and channel requirements
Produce case studies and customer testimonials, ensuring approvals and accuracy
Maintain editorial quality and a unified tone of voice
Support content testing and continuous improvement
Create and publish press releases based on Group Communications briefs
Coordinate local/regional photo and video productions
Manage regional photo stock and ensure brand compliance
Support rebranding initiatives across vessels, touchpoints, customer journeys, and digital channel
Assist with social media content creation for the Strait of Gibraltar business unit
Provide marketing support for local campaigns and operational requests
Oversee billboard placements, fixed advertising, and media relations

Key Capabilities
Clear and persuasive writing skills
Ability to maintain consistent tone and editorial standards
Collaborative mindset, working closely with Content, Product, and Studio teams
Data-driven approach with a test‑and‑iterate mentality
Skills Required
Excellent writing skills for diverse audiences and formats (English and Spanish)
Understanding of SEO best practice
Ability to apply brand storytelling principles
Experience creating and sourcing content across channels
Skilled in using AI tools to scale content production
Experience
3+ years in a content-focused or similar role
Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content creation
Experience in rebranding projects and/or social media coordination
